The fee covers access to the gathering as well as the supporting program.

Ticket

The ticket generally entitles you to participate in the entire event — with one MX-5 and up to two people — from July 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM until July 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM. You may optionally add a camping slot.

Participation Terms, Rules & Information

Access to the event grounds and participation in the event are only possible with a valid ticket and exclusively for vehicles of the Mazda MX-5/Miata type. Your ticket will be provided digitally and must be shown upon entry. You will receive a personal access code for the event app, where your ticket will be available at any time. All additional services require a separate registration through our booking and reservation system, which will be made available in April 2026. These services include, among others, breakfast tickets, the evening event, drives, and tourism programs such as city or brewery tours. Please note that all activities are limited in capacity, and participation depends on availability. There is no entitlement to participate — the principle “first come, first served” applies.

During the event, we will take photo and video recordings that may be published in print media as well as online.

As the event organizers, we reserve the right of domicile. Open fires are prohibited on the entire event grounds. We kindly ask you to dispose of waste only in the designated containers and to treat the surroundings with care. Absolute quiet hours apply from 00:00 (midnight) to 07:00 across the entire venue.

On the campground, grilling is permitted; however, open fires such as campfires are not allowed. Check-in at the campground is possible on Friday from 10:00 to 22:00 and on Saturday from 09:00. Please note that setup must be completed by Saturday at 14:00 at the latest. After this time, the space may be reassigned. Each participant will receive a tent space suitable for a 2–3-person tent; approximately 3 square meters are available per person. Groups of at least five MX-5 vehicles may, after prior registration, form a joint camp and are additionally permitted to set up a pavilion (3 × 3 meters). Only tents are allowed. Motorhomes, camper vans, and trailers are not permitted — except for trailers towed by an MX-5. Power is not available. Toilets in the adjacent multifunctional hall are accessible around the clock. Showers may be used free of charge on Friday until 23:00, on Saturday from 06:00 to 23:00, and on Sunday from 06:00 to 14:00; please note that these are not individual cabins.

We accept no liability for property damage, personal injury, or financial loss arising in connection with participation in the event, unless caused by intent or gross negligence on our part, or by our legal representatives or agents. Liability for simple negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are breached. In such cases, liability is limited to the typical and foreseeable damage under the contract.

The organizers assume no liability for damage to vehicles, equipment, personal belongings, or valuables of participants. This applies in particular to damage caused by weather conditions, theft, vandalism, or improper handling by third parties. Participation in the event, including the use of the event grounds and all offered activities, is at your own risk.

Permission to drive within the event grounds at walking speed applies solely for parking and leaving parking spaces. Please treat other participants with consideration and respect at all times — just as you would wish to be treated.

The participation fee will only be refunded in cases of force majeure. Tickets may be transferred to another person free of charge until July 4, 2026.
